brazillian living in lisbon for 2 months here.
The city is well organized, but not so much as to make you think you're in germany or switzerland (which is good, there's more SOVL to it)
There are many cultural events, the public transports are great, the weather is nice, many nice places to go, apart from the many tourist destinations, like restaurants and parks.
The people might be too direct sometimes, but it's hard not to have a sincere/joking undertone, and are very altruistic (even with me, even though brazilians are a bit prejudiced against).
Lisbon is very cosmopolitan, so you can meet many different, interesting people here
The food is good also, good wine is cheap.
Not on the top of the list of hottest women around, but there are brazilian girls around who make up for that. Also, many beautiful black girls around too. (I should say, the beautiful portuguese women can be very, VERY beautiful. Here, I work with the most unpretentiously beautiful woman I've ever seen anywhere)
