We are what we repeatedly do. When I was watching porn, I eventually would do it several times a day. I felt more horny than ever. If you make an effort to abstain and now allow yourself to be aroused, you'll find the sexual appetite decrease and after a few weeks it pretty much goes away unless you're exposed to something than can set you off.

None. It doesn't matter how moving or beautiful the idea or sentiment. I don't change I certainly don't improve.
