I guess I’ll just go with the flow and say something like “hey btw I’ve never met anyone with your condition, is it ok if I say some stuff that might sound weird? I don’t want to make you feel uncomfortable” shit I don’t even know, this is what I’m talking about I e been deleting every text and rewritten it for the past week to make sure it doesn’t sound stupid. I tried talking to her about this Queens Gambit Netflix series bc it kinda reminded me of her and she got a lil upset I think she replied “I don’t watch Netflix, and I think that series is patronizing” and then I changed the topic right away. She seems to enjoy playing chess, fire emblem, disgaea (they’re video games) and reading fiction, which I’m not very literate on (only fiction I’ve read is mice and men back in hs, and the divine comedy)
