The right answers.

If you want to learn one language, learn Latin. If you want to learn both languages, learn Latin first.

As always, learn both. Study Latin first.

Pic related was the best advice I saw.

Pic related. Wheelocks is good but use anki or something to memorise words as well. I feel like such an emphasis is placed on learning grammar straight away it can kill your enjoyment so try find a good balance.

Tips on Greek and Latin. Latin is at the very bottom.

My journey was a Latin dictionary, Shelmerdine's Introduction to Latin, and a 'New Latin Grammar' by Allen and Greenough.

Pic is something I saved a year ago or so about Greek + Latin. I just lack the discipline to do something more than I have - so my skills are sorely waning.

For modern Latin, Latin Wikipedia is a start. There is also Nuntii Latini. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuntii_Latini

On reddit, there is /r/latin, which has it's own discord:
https://discordapp.com/invite/FwfVRqW

/r/latina also exists, but its pretty dead. Partly my fault. My Latin is shit. /u/DeaLatinae is one of my alt accouts. Feel free to send me a PM over reddit to continue the discussion.

I also found a Latin only IRC a long time ago.

I haven't read Tractate on Education, so I'll give 'er a read.

Start with Latin, then move onto Greek when you have pretty much mastered the former.
