What's some good fiction about the occult, or with occult themes?

I've read Faust, some Lovecraft, Mysterious Stranger, and probably a few more classics that I don't remember.

Just read Crowley, not only does he reference it, lessons of Vivec are full of direct quotations "love is under my will only", "in my left hand I crushed the world, in my right hand is how it could have won against me", "what I bring is a star" and so on

frankly, it's quite embarrassing, he probably thought video game nerds wouldn't notice (and he was right)

Also, you have no idea what you're talking about. "finite amount of souls"? Souls are created by the Demiurge, just as bodies are. It is the Spirit which is uncreated, eternal, immutable, not of this world.
Also, who says that every single living person has a Spirit? Some certainly act as if they don't.

I'm writing a novel about a cult, so far I've included elements of Gnosticism, some Evola, Nietzsche, and general occultism.

What other philosophical/metaphysical elements I should look into?

How do I learn to write? Is there any theory of writing I should know beforehand?
