What are some philosophers that base their philosophy on nature?
What I mean is something like Lao Tzu, he came to a lot of philosophical conclusions by just observing water.
Also, what do you think of that? Does this sort of philosophy hold more merit than philosophy that doesn't relate to nature?

Get off the screen and go /out/side.
Leave civilisation behind as much as possible even if it's only for a few hours. Being in the presence of god-made things instead of human-made ones, will reconnect your spirit to this non-artificial world. You will gain ultimate trust in your body and your mind when you let loose of technology and that's the only way to your soul and thus to the gods.
When you return to civilisation again you will suffer, but you will find it easier to disconnect from it and see it as necessary tools of this modern society. You won't depend on them as much, because you now know you can be happy and survive without them. Your connection to your soul and the gods won't be interrupted by civilisation and technology anymore.
