For me it was talking to Caesar in FNV. There was just something about the way he talks where I want to hear more, and naturally I tried to understand Hegelian Dialectics more deeply which led me to read philosophy. Pic related, I know Caesar is clueless

The whole point is that he's basically bastardizing Fichte and Hegel. As a character, Caesar is a massive pseud who misinterprets what he's reading — understandably so, since he's an autodidact and several hundred years removed from the writing of the few fragments of philosophy he had access to — and generally only cares to use it as a justification.
