I just wrote a post-metamodern essay/proto-manifesto (over 4,000 words) on /lit/ right now.

This thread is literally meta/lit/ because it is about my own writing.

The English language just sucks.

It doesn't even have a word for "female dog" for common usage.

Based on my readings, I have crafted the following outline of History based on the fact that Western civilization conquered the world and became the Global civilization. The civilization of the globalized world is just extrapolated Western civilization.

The History is essentially, then, simply the history, prehistory and Future of Western/Global civilization

*Abstract thought begins (behavioral modernity)
100,000-25,000 BC: Middle- to Upper Paleolithic (Toba explosion, Neanderthal competition)
*Sedentary lifestyle begins
25,000-12,000 BC: Upper Paleolithic, Mesolithic (resource-rich ecosystem overlap)

12,000 BC-7000 BC: Early Neolithic (Younger Dryas)
*Proto-civilization begins (proto-cities)
7000-3500 BC: Late Neolithic (Jericho)
*Civilization begins (origins of Western civilization)
