I really wish the victorian and Edwardian novels and short stories that were or contained werewolves were better named.
The vast majority I can think of are called shit like The werewolf, or Book of Werewolves, or [insert location name] werewolf. That kind of thing.
After a bit of web search I think this would probably best fit the bill.
Terrifying Transformations: An Anthology of Victorian Werewolf Fiction, 1838-1896.

I am familiar with most of the stories contained within, so you are in for a good time.
