Its very easy to point a finger at them and call on their shit and push them down in every way. They get shited on for being defeatists and shited on when they give themselves value. It doesnt even take to be an incel to understand this shitty charade of "le get out of the confort zone duude" is a meme. Everyone knows that "looks" arent everything and that those things such as charisma count aswell, but most of those people dont even have that going for them and those things dont come to them naturally, specially with a debelitated ego.
Their tastes, personalities, hobbies and interests are most of the time too separate from the "commun" folk that you see. There are several studies proving that "social skills" dont really matter when you find someone who you can indentify and find commun ground to chat with. So, imo, the best "cure" for incels will be to stop reaching for the "commun" lady, and instead trying to reach for someone that has hobbies and interests they can "work" with, and that's where the "hard" part comes in. And i would say, it more of a matter of luck, time and turn of events.
People most of the time dont understand how their behaviour is completly normal for the situation they find themselves in. They are deemed as "inferior" by the society we live in, or atleast in their perception, and when one finds himself powerless and inferior they try to reach for anything to feel superior to. They get insecure, and people laugh at them when they call some women "stacy", when in fact most of these same "normal" people are presented to a woman that has slept with much more men than they are confortable with, they call them "whore".
