Where does one see more high brow plays?

I do like rap but i don't think it's very literary
I has a charm of being understood by the common man using rhythm and beats, while a book can confuse some people or a poem bore them. Rap has the freedom to be unprofessional, and that's what makes it great. It doesn't take a genius to understand it but it also doesn't feel like mindless drivel at times
