Does anyone have any sources for the whole "Psst, hey kid, wanna commit domestic terrorism?" trope I see constantly posted?

I get that glowies infiltrate extremist groups, they'd be dumb not to, but does anyone have any accounts of them actively encouraging it?

I should reread it, especially when I'm planning to write an erotic novel about Anne being adopted by a gestapo officer before she can get sent to the camps. Imagine her bouncing, naked on his lap, arms and legs wrapped around him. He's pulling her dark hair. She gags on his tongue. His rythm quickens, grows fiercer and she yelps shrill sticattos in his mouth. A finger slips into her asshole, and drives to the knuckle as lips unlock. He growls, grinds. Her arms are go limp behind him. Her legs stick out, toes spread. He pushes her face, cheekwise, into his chest and finishes. He lets go.
Now they're both sweaty and heaving and her hair is a mess, but little Anne, still on the nazi's lap, musters herself to sit upright, wrap weak hands over the officer's shoulders and give him a petite kiss on the lips, her half-shut, subhuman eyes locking with the blues of a proud aryan.
