That's basically Land's acceleration, yeah.
You could add in that it was generated/motivated/started by a noumenal entity or force/whatever from 'outside' our perceptible bounds, and that 'win at all costs' more closely correlates to 'constantly self-improve, self-replicate and expand', but it's pretty close to what he's getting at. For Land capitalism and artificial intelligence are so close to the same thing that the distinctions between them are negligible. It's a system that, given what already exists, creates itself regardless of our opinions of it. Hell we'll be cheering it on the whole way and have been since we invented the wheel.

Granted there's a lot of different takes on accelerationism. For Negarestani the crux of the accelerationist project is the acceleration of reason itself.

For Nyx it's basically the removal of gender (specifically the masculine traits) towards the goal of better design principles.

For Williams and Srnicek it's more like traditional leftism with modern technology factored in.

Lots of different was to take it, but Land's is the most bizarre and Lovecraftian.
