It certainly is if you adopt the idea of omnipotence favored by post-20th century fundamentalists and evangelicals (God can do ANYTHING he wants, no matter what!!), yes. The omnipotence described by the Hebrews, early Christians, and traditional Christian branches today (Catholic/Orthodox) is very logical and not impossible at all, and aligns quite well with the idea that "God can't do illogical things". You would know this if you bothered googling it, instead of being a lazy bum interested in insulting religions you personally dislike.

Omnipotence means "having all powers". The power to do something logically impossible does not exist, therefore there it is not illogical for something "having all powers" to "not have" a power which doesn't exist, because it's not there to be "had". Even arguing that because God can't do something logically impossible he can't exist doesn't make sense. All it shows is that God, if he exists, is not logically inconsistent.
