I can't really explain it because I still don't really understand it. I have tried to write an answer, but I fail. I always thought that sex and love was for normies, and that I would not experience that because that was how the world was. All of a sudden I get to have sex for the first time. It was over very fast and I even started bleeding.

The clarity that hit me after made me very confused. It was post-nut clarity of the highest degree, after two months of nofap.I felt like I didnt know who I was anymore. Am I a fucking normie now? Has everything I have thought all these years been wrong? Could I have experienced love and sex earlier? I overthink and those thoughts kept flying around in my head. I had sex with that girl multiple times after, and often felt like an imposter after. Doing something that was not for me. It shook up the way I viewed the world, in a way I didn't expect. I had thought the thought that having sex would change me, because I have seen that happen to my friends, but not like this. Like I said, I still don't understand it and for a very long time (still now and then) I want it undone.

To be honest, if you are 29 and never had sex or anything, either make sure you find a girl that loves you and will love and do the stuff with her, or never do them. Speaking from personal experience. I wish I could go back and never have sex. Even if it felt good, there and then.
