I'm reading Mark Fisher now and really enjoying it. Particularly the interplay between talking music and talking theory. Does anyone know of any theorists that touch on the intersection between science and art? In a similar fashion? Thanks!

I feel like he disregarded innovative acts like death grips to strengthen his gloomy point about time stopping and the arts not looking ahead anymore.

I actually really like him as a writer and would happily recommend him to anyone but can we at least admit he is - very obviously - wrong about A LOT of things, re: culture, society, psychology etc.

I've read the books, now where do I start with his k-punk blog?

Is suicide the logical conclusion to his philosophy?
