I technically finished high school today since I'm a senior and the governor has shut down schools for the rest of the year. Over the years apart from the crap they made me read in class notable books I've read are:
the Bible
Hagakure
Dialogue with God by St Catherine Dante's Inferno
Ride the Tiger by Julius Evola
American Psycho
How to Win Friends and Influence People
Norwegian Wood
The Autobiography of Andrew Carnegie. Almost everything I've read has been influenced by /lit/, which I discovered last year when I was 17. It's made me a better writer and thinker. High school did fuck all for any critical thinking.

well, first of all, only way to know exactly is to get there. what exactly waits us we don't know, because being there will be entirely alien to us.
deleuze described it as "reaching the horizon". it's basically altering the mode of how we exist and relate to this world in such a dramatic manner that our fundamental experience of the world changes.
is it communism?
Is it becoming a taoist sage?
