You can download audio courses on ancient literature for free from top universities. On resting days, you can read the book, on lifting days you can spend 40 minutes listening to the greatest minds discuss them. If you can't successful schedule one lifting session (40 minutes) every 48 hours and use your resting days to read, you have inferior genes. This is possible working a 30 hour a week job and being enrolled in university full-time as well, so long as you cut out garbage activities like playing videogames and watching tv/ streaming services, all of which homogenize and rot your brain, and probably fill you with deranged thoughts that physically repulse females.

Anyone else have some good /fitlit/ advice? Anyone want to brag about a recent /fit/ benchmark they hit?
