But why?

Whenever I'm reading a book, I feel guilty because I start thinking of all the other books I could be reading instead, and then I obsessively question myself if I made the right choice picking the current one. It doesn't matter if I'm enjoying the reading or not, I still worry that I might be wasting my time and that I should have gone for another book, because there is so much good stuff out there, and I'm getting older. My time is running out. That's also why it takes me forever to start a book. Does this happen to anyone else

I saw that title and it made me panic. I haven't gone without alcohol for more than 24 hours in the last 5 years. Not an alcoholic though, just a drink here and there.

How do I learn French in 2 years to the point where I'm basically fluent? I need it for law school.
