I read online and print literary magazines here + there (i.e. a lot of university publications though not their undergraduate shit), and so much of the writing, both poetry- and prose-wise, just seems awful.

For example, I was just reading this: http://www.tingemagazine.org/
and literally nothing in the current issue resonated with me.

Are there any particularly good publications that might be under-the-radar? I want to believe that a lot of the stuff being published by contemporary writers isn't shit.

I have made several wise investments. Property in Los Angeles county also came into my hands via inheritance. I sold. Currently I am looking for a houseboat in Holland.

im just buying a shitload of LOA titles. I take off the silly dust jackets and throw em away.
