Right, so I was banned before I could reply to the guy in one of the older threads but Sir William S. Gilbert of Gilbert & Sullivan wrote extremely good librettos, even from a literary stand-point. Yeah, it's not a book but I think it is worth talking about I think. He was an extremely good lyricist and a brilliant comic. Yeah he's not Shakespeare but tbf Shakespeare wrote plays too and not just books.
