It won't make you a *different* person, but it will reflect you to yourself. I used it as a way to "clear the cobwebs" after finishing school and putzing around unemployed wondering what I would do with my life. It helped me come to terms with some existential questions of who I should be, and how I want to be perceived. Even bad trips have results that can benefit you.
