People often talk about poetry here they almost always talk about English poets, with maybe a few from other languages namedropped every so often. So let's have a thread about poetry originally written in a language other than English

I myself am specifically interested in German poets. I've read a little Goethe and Nietzsche but I'm looking for more great poems/anthologies/poets written in German from any point in time and any style, though if it gets too modernist/postmodern it may be difficult to understand as I am a non-native speaker.

I am maybe pleb but I have not understand why that with absent god moral can be found in outer world it seem like it only in person mind and emotion. Explain?
