Yeah I went through the same, it's one of the worst experiences a man can have. Came very close to suicide as well. Can't offer any advice how to deal with the situation because honestly I don't think I've properly moved on even a decade later (turned down every opportunity for relationship since) but the only certain thing is that you need to drop your current social circle, cut them off completely.
