Yes, I know: wanting to learn how to pick up women with the help of a book is something quite pathetic.

But let me explain: I was never a super-alpha with women, but I also never been a failure - I can relate well with women in general, and, although I may not have all those girls who wish for myself, I can still enjoy good experiences.

But I would like to learn more, much more, about the art of conquest. I have to stay half a year without writing (I will be studying for a test required for my profession), and as there will be no time to spend all my energies into the literary art (something that drains the fluids from my brain and muscles and leaves me totally exhausted – I generally write every day after work), I will have time for other activities. I want to learn how to cook, how to make drinks, and other things. Among them, I want to learn new techniques to conquer women.

I want to read this book (pic related), which I know is quite famous. But I would like you guys to suggest me to more books along the same lines: books focused on the art of conquest.

does this shit actually work? My friend swears and lives by it but I don't really know of it has any potential. Anyways, if it does work anyone wanna point me in the correct direction? My friend suggested The Game to get acquainted with everything but it apparently doesn't teach much in the way of functionality.

Bought this at a bookstore today, along with Dance With Dragons and Chandler's Big Sleep.

"Ugh," said the bookstore clerk, who was female. "I wish I could tear guys like you to shreds."

"Yeah," she said, "I'll leave the pieces in the lake. You done wasting my time now?"

I don't understand what went on, /lit/. But maybe "The Game" really wasn't the best purchase.

Is there a book on how to flirt without being sexist?

Every time I try to hit on a woman and compliment her people think I am being a chauvinist or a creep.

It might just be because I live in Portland (inb4 POWELLS FUCK YEAH) which is a very sexist against men kind of place. Very liberal. Very feminist. So women here are easily offended and it is hard to tell who is straight for men.

Any advise? Or anything I should read to help?

You may want to give it a read, it was very informative. It teaches you about how to talk to women and not be afraid! I am thinking about getting it does anyone know where I can get a copy?
