What exercises/things can I do to improve my reading comprehension? Years of abusing weed has completely fried my brain, and to truly take in and reflect on what I read requires an enormous amount of mental energy, leaving me foggy and tired. I'm afraid /lit/, Ive become a vegetable.

Is it possible for man to ever be happy with no female companionship? Are there any good books on this subject?

It's bad, man. I want to write something depressing because I'm depressed - I sit down, and before I get two paragraphs done I feel like like a robot. So I just describe furniture until I decide it's pointless and go do something else.
