I'd think so, but he skipped 4 chapters, possibly meaning he disliked them or he was away for some time and only commented after reading them back to back within a single sitting.
If this was a bot, I assume it would do this for every chapter. Many months earlier I came on the site to see I had 20 notifications from a single person who commented thanks for the chapter on 18 different chapters one after the other.
It is just a general message of support that people post as part of site culture I suppose.
