What's /lit/'s opinion on Brandon Sanderson?

Vin from the Mistborn series? A cute 16-20 year old?

So I finished this trilogy awhile back, loved the shit out of it. I wanted to get the opinions of /lit/ on what they thought of it. Also, if I liked this what other book series would you guys recommend?

I started reading this because of Brandon's contribution to the Wheel of Time series.

Do I have to say it?

Before you ask, it's Mistborn.

Also, read the Farseer trilogy.

I like Mistborn.

So /lit/ what are some good High fantasy novels. Right now I'm on a Brandon Sanderson kick having read Warbreaker, Way of the Kings, and currently enjoying Mistborn. For me a big thing is how magic is use in the novel, Brandon Sanderson has a knack for making magic systems that are cool but explainable within the context of the story.

I've heard the Mistborn trilogy is alright.

Rand dies. Min, Elayne, Aviendha turns into Vin. Vin kills the Dark One. Vin dies. Loial makes everything right and becomes the new Creator. Perrin rules the old world. Mat rules Seanchan.
