/sffg/, I'm bored out of my mind right now so at the risk of posting something off topic I want to play a game to break up the monotony.

Someone name an ingredient. Any ingredient will do but only post one of them at a time. I'll probably only do one dish but I'll try to incorporate as many ingredients as I can. Let's see where this shit goes.

LotR vs the hobbit maybe? Granted that's a movie adaptation so I'm not sure it counts as SFF

/lit/, I'm not a drinker. 95% of alcohol tastes terrible to me and the remaining 5% makes me dizzy after one drink.

Recently however – in the past year or so at least – I've lost the ability to write. It's not that I lack inspiration mind you, I have plenty to go around. The problem is, every time I sit down to write I get scared that what I write is going to be horrible. This prejudgement is so strong that I'll usually quit before ever opening a word processor or else spend an hour sitting there motionless, sperging internally over little details that bother me.

On a scale from 1-10, how shitty an idea would it be to just get a bottle of liquor and take a shot to get over my inhibitions any time they keep me from writing?
