picrel is meant as a mockery towards those who think this way. I somehow agree with the text unironically. Can someone with reasonable social skills explain to me why this attitude is so bad? I can only think of superiority complexes, of people who think they are smarter than they are, but I think it's better to challenge yourself intellectually instead of absorbing trash culture and immediate gratification.
