I do too. If there is one thing that the postmodern has done to Western art that is of worth, it is that it has expanded art to beunderstood as "whatever-you-want-everything", and because of this it will make whoever comes after it have to really give a shit about art and what they understand about it.

And for anyone who is wondering what exactly started this.

Apparently someone who is an authority for mentioned publisher did something to some of the writers.

This led to people calling others out, and those being called out, asking Frank or someone to stop the slander of their name.

This led to the whistle blowers getting pissed at Frank, since Frank took a neutral stance, not knowing what was going on. The whistle blowers got pissed because Frank didnt take their side? Not entirely sure.

I took a craft of fiction course this summer for shits. There was this pretty cute girl sitting next to me, and she would smile at me and then look away quickly, but not all the way. We had to go into groups and talk about the last book we read.

I had just finished The Belljar, and told my group how I didnt like it. The girl didnt look happy with me, and didnt talk to me for the rest of the week.

The following weeks though, we would sit in the same places, and keep being in same group. She would get competitive with me, and I started to realize that this was what /lit/ had told me about English majors. Lots of ego, lots of interest on image. It was weird. I still liked her. We became more friendly and the class ended so we stopped talking.

We started talking again months later. I dont know why. I asked to see her work, and she asked to see mine. She wrote about some lesbian story. I wrote about a boy who meets a ghost. She turned out to be a little crazy.
