This is quite obviously the influence of German Protestant populations within the US, my friend. Where else in the Anglosphere do you find anything remotely resembling this? It's an entirely American phenomena. Quite strange that you'd direct your resentment against backwater, dead-beaten-horse America toward the British race from which it has long been severed.
