Negros, how do I learn to be a decent writer?

I do not have anything else to do, the problem is not the money it's really to become someone in life so that my family stops seeing me as a failure.

So far I have planned the following:
> download the teaching company courses in literature and creative writing and shakespeare.
> learn grammar.
> learn about the figures of rhetoric.
> learn from argumentation, rhetoric and oratory.
> learn the basics of logic and philosophy.
> read the bible and the basics of the Western canon.
> learn the rules of classical poetry metrics.
> read Shakespeare and Don Quixote.
> read the basics of the fantasy and science fiction genre.
