1984 is completely negated by sarcasm

sure the guy can make you say 2+2=5 or whatever he wants and you'll even say it like you mean it. and then you'll roll your eyes and call him a tosser as soon as his back's turned. of course in orwell's myopic vision your dickhead brother never turned his back so you had to roll your eyes to his face and get hit or keep it all bottled up inside or whatever. all i'm tryna say is that you should roll your eyes at fascists. quietly and behind your own back if you have to but don't ever take them too seriously or else my hair will stop looking like fucking rainbows out of the corner of my eye.
