It's a given in buddhism that you are not your body and there is a difference between the observer (you) and your body. There is also a distinction between your thoughts and you. What the fuck are you then? The most logical answer is that you are your mind, but since you are not your thoughts, where is the observer? Who is he? Is this another case of where you both are and are not and neither are and are not or is there a logical explanation that I am missing?
