it's impossible to understand transgenderism when the people who experience it (as well as who enable it) actually have the least understanding of it
reading a book on it is going to tell you about a lot of things trannies technically do experience, but their experience has been tainted by a crystallized dogma that pervades the thought of all trannies in western culture that defines in extremely specific terms what a tranny is and what it means to be a tranny. this dogma has been shaped by partisan political forces that have no interest in the phenomenon of transgenderism itself - only what it can do for them, which is furnish walking shibboleths and hideous golems that have nothing without the protection their faction provides
how can you understand brainwashing from the brainwashed? you can read about the experiences of these people. but the meaning and valence they give to their experiences does not come from them - it is taught, it's fake, it's not genuine at all. i used to think about killing myself whenever someone "misgendered" me. but they weren't trying to hurt me - it was just that my "identity" was incongruous with what they saw in front of them, and they were honest. why did i view that as hatred, aggression, violence? because i was taught that i was a "woman" and that people who didn't agree hated me, because those partisans wanted me to feel afraid so i could run to their open arms and devote myself to them
trannies are battered wives. they are told over and over that they'd be dead without their leftist protectors, while at the same time the identity as a "women" assigned to them by those people makes them near-suicidal. you can't trust a single word they ever tell you about their experiences, because they're not actually their own - everything about how they feel about themselves is learned behavior. that's not to say there's no such thing as transgenderism, but you definitely can't learn about it from trannies
