I am in frustrated search for a russian book. the story is in moscow maybe 1995 it's after sowjet union collapsed and the market for translations of wectern books is gold mine, so the happy protagonist is one of this translators but get in trouble with mafia chechens and also politicians who want him to ghost write poems they can use to get an intellectual image. maybe i mix two books up in my mind but it is not generation p
