The Naqshbandi are active in the USA, I can't speak as to how 'americanized' 'westernized' etc any of these have become but the Naqshbandi order is very traditional and goes back many centuries. From what it looks like the USA chapter like the other branches is apparently under the direction and control of the head of the head of the Naqshbandi order. They have a map of Naqshbandi centers on their website
