So look, here in Poland, this book is irrelevant (while around 4 million Poles died in the holocaust and we were in the top 3 of the victims alongside Russians and Jews, nobody talks about it) and I have a question. Why is a book written by a 13 year old so highly regarded in the anglo-sphere and such?

Is this book just another piece of propaganda for Americans that haven't really experienced WW2 first hand or haven't heard any stories from the older generations that is supposed to make people feel compassionate solely for the Jews, even though they weren't even the largest group of people that were prosecuted in the holocaust? Is this book why Americans think that the Holocaust was only about the Jews? Also, was it fabricated?

What are some books on history of the world? Most books are on a specific subject e.g. WW2, ancient Greece, Roman empire, etc. What are some books that encapsulate all this, maybe a series of books?
