Nietzsche is my favorite philosopher. When I read his books, it's less like I'm reading and more like he's reading me. Why should I not like him though?

Explain Nietzsche's "Master and Slave Morality" to me like I'm 12. I have 2 reasons for wanting this, 1: I've seen many very different interpretations and I want to know the general consensus on what it actually is, so I can formulate a fully developed opinion, and 2: I argued with someone about why this idea isn't just Nietzsche being a "meany" but they just won't understand.
