> Así como Don Quijote fue la primera novela y el resto de idiomas la copiaron /SpGT/ fue el primer thread del estilo y el resto a copiar
Fuck you nigger, don't try to claim credit for what you didn't actually do
you just KNOW it was my koishi shitposts asking for great spanish lit which started SPGT
I don'tk now who was the first guy to make SPGT but don't pretend it wasn't me who convinced or influenced you to make such a thread
Give credit where credit is due
if you want to ask why I made it in the first palc eis because spanish is the language of the human race
it is a huge fucking mistake to let a language that is kike-light like *nglish or chinese to be the common language of the world when such a beautiful, superior and godly like language like spanish exists
you wouldn't have had the balls to make the spgt threads if it weren't for me, cause thanks to me you realized there was someone who LOVED the spanish language lurking this board
you figured there had to be more people other than myself browsing this board and so you decided to make threads for such an audience
spgt is 99% me and me alone

Was Cervantes the first and last prose writer of El Siglo de Oro?
The only two authors whom I have seen are respected for their prose from that era are Quevedo and Cervantes.
I saw someone post Baltasar Gracian ITT so I figure I'll check him out but outside of those three the rest of the heavyweight writers from that era were all dramaturgist/poets
