No. I've only ever been bothered for reading something once (that I noticed at least). Some black woman tried to give me a staredown because I was reading Vol. 2 of Ian Kershaw's Hitler Bio. I just smiled and went back to reading (laughing to myself that she didn't know what the word "nemesis" meant).

A black woman gave me the staredown on the bus, a few months after Trump was elected, because I was reading Vol 2 of Kershaw's Hitler bio. I guess she didn't know what "Nemesis" meant. It was this version (pic).
