In Africa, there's a third Congo War brewing, Ethiopia is being run by a whirling dervish who rattles his sabre at a new neighbor every month, Niger just went through a coup causing tension in the Sahel, a civil war started not long ago in Sudan, and South Africa looks like it's about to collapse.
