Hello, literari, science major here. I've come to bring you some hard truth.

First and foremost, your interests are for the intellectual pansies among us. Such pursuits as literature, history, poltics, philosophy and all those other crappy light-weight, no-math disciplines are for those who simply can't do science well. Scholarly studies are the back-up for those who can't do science.

As it is, scientists are smarter than scholars in every imaginable way. High scientific/mathematical ability pretty much ensures that one will excel at any academic discipline aside from the more artistic fields. Let's not deny this.

Long story short: if one doesn't do science/mathematics, they're not really worthy of being called intelligent.
