Its really good, but don't go in expecting comp sci lingo/terminology. It's more the social aspect that Gibson was interested in. If you like it, read the rest of the Sprawl trilogy (Mona Lisa Overdrive being the best), if you want something more hard sci check out Permutation City or something with more of a comp sci edge, Snow Crash
