Hi /lit/. I read A Country Doctor's Notebook by Bulgakov translated by Michael Glenny and thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. Currently I am reading The Master and Margarita translated by Pevear and Volokhonsky and to be honest while I like it I find it tedious and at times just boring. I am wondering if anyone here has read the Glenny translation and if it is better? Thanks.
