[ERROR]

I have tinnitus, so music or some ambient sounds are a must.

Orchestral music, classical or modern types, or soundtracks evoke the widest range of scenery and emotion. Techno/electronic can do the same but not fit too well with the past, both can show the future, but most Rock and all jazz can only bring to mind the contemporary world, cities, streets, lounges etc.
Hip hop reminds me of hip hop. Only hip hop. Sippin on juice and gin, or flashing yo bitches and bling.
