Maybe this would be better asked on sci, but since my aims are more philosophical I thought I would ask here. Is there a book that details how electrons moving randomly based on viewer perspective translates to free will given our biological actions?

To be more specific, I'm not asking to hear what I just said restated. I want a book, article or anything that explains step by step how atomic forces effect our local actions. Moving from the small to the large. From atoms, to nerves/cells to my arm moving.

Knowing the basics of this I can infer what they mean, but I would like to see it anyway for clarification on a few details. Thanks for reading and I hope its not a common question or off topic.
