Trust me, you don't want an unabridged edition. 70% of the original chansons-de-geste were repeating the same fights over and over with slightly changed names. The 1917 translation I got by Alfred Pollard had a preface describing just this problem, so he excised all the boring repetitive chunks and kept only the parts of any possible interest. (it's this version, clothbound illustrated)
It's not a 100% complete compendium of Arthurian legend, but the Thomas Malory sources itself were incomplete in the first place; he did not see fit to include certain earlier legends that were out of fashion or had been forgotten at the time of its writing (roughly 1450). But it has all the important bits of Malory.

There is another version that is more comprehensive, though less poetic, as it was compiled only a few years back, and illustrated by John Howe. It also excises some of the rather more obvious Norman interpolations that have zero connection with Celtic legendry. I'll post a picture of that in just a minute
