Quality posting. The solution is surgery; slicing heaps of flesh from chest should be reserved for real problems. Like cancer. Just because you personally feel like breast reductions improve the quality of life for the individual doesnt mean it's true. Correcting the unhealthy mental state that leads to superficially blaming your problems on your appearance would be much more helpful. But you are a woman and cannot form logical opinions by yourself that are seperate from your feelings.

No book will help you understand the necessity of introspection and how to escape propaganda and tribalism to avoid being used by others for beliefs that aren't yours.
You don't know who you are but you feel the need to belong somewhere, that's your problem, that's everyone's problem at the end of the day, and there's no single answer to that, in that sense just reading is enough, but you gotta read like your life depends on it, get out of your comfort zone, ideally learning new languages too.

We all ultimately identify ourselves in relation to others, Eco once said that we go to debates and the likes not to understand others but to understand what we ourselves think, that cannot happen without introspection and the courage needed to be sincere to yourself in the first place.
Avoid the tribalistic attitude of finding enemies as a way to build yourself an identity, realize all of the things you mentioned are part of our nature and that there's no good reason to just blindly accept them just because everyone, no matter the time or place, has a bit of all of those, if you want, you can go beyond them.
Or maybe you simply need love, Occam's razor is still very sharp.

The Everlasting Man is a phenomenal read, really sifts through paganism and what makes Christianity unique. It's the essay that converted C.S. Lewis to Christianity.
